There was a lot of useful information in this session for anyone looking to get the basics on introducing procurement into their design business. Everything is covered from logistics, calculating margins, sourcing, and what mistakes to avoid. There is a lot of information and it does go very fast, so having access to the recording afterwards and being able to go over certain points again was essential. The Q&A at the end was great. Crispin answered some pre-submitted questions and also went over questions that came up in the chat during the presentation. Overall a good way to spend a couple of hours learning something new.
